Internet Issues Connectivity/ Troubleshooting?

I didn't know where to put this I apologize so I just put it under the Editing Software Tips page of course.

The point of this is, well for me for now, is that I am having NAT problems with my torrent downloading. I torrent all my episodes etc. because they come out in best quality for me that way.
So i was wondering if anyone knew how to exactly fix an NAT problem. One thing I know is that we definitely have an internet connection (duh) and I am connected to my correct IP address provider.
